Who runs this site
teamvince.com is run by Vincent DiPaola, doing business as teamvince, a sole proprietor based in Brooklyn, NY. When this page says "we," "us," or "teamvince," that's who we mean. You can reach us at [email protected].
What this site is
teamvince.com is a portfolio and sales site. It exists to show the work Vince has built, and to sell three things: consulting projects, 1:1 coaching, and the From Chatbot to Builder course. The harness starter is a free download. The writing is free to read.
It's not a SaaS, it's not a logged-in product, and nothing on it is financial, legal, or medical advice. It's one person sharing what he's built and offering to help you build the next thing.
Using the site
Use the site like a normal human visitor. Don't try to break it, don't scrape it at scale, don't impersonate anyone, and don't submit someone else's personal information through a form without their permission.
If you find a bug or a security issue, please email us at [email protected] instead of poking at it. We'll thank you.
Forms and intake
When you submit a form on /consult, /coaching, /harness, or /waitlist, you're telling us you'd like to hear from Vince. We'll typically reply within a few business days. We're a one-person shop, so we may decline to take on a project for any reason — usually because it isn't a good fit on either side.
What happens to the data you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid offerings
Coaching, the course, and consulting are paid services. Pricing is whatever's quoted on the page or in the proposal at the time you buy. Payments run through Stripe; their terms apply at checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If something isn't working for you, email us and we'll figure it out together. For the course, if you drop in the first session and tell us it isn't a fit, we'll refund you in full.
The harness, the writing, and the Skills
The agent harness starter, the writing, the Skills, and the example AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md files we share are free to use on your own projects. Treat them like you'd treat an MIT-licensed snippet: do whatever you want with them, fork them, change them, ship them. Attribution is appreciated but not required. We're not on the hook if they break something — see "no warranties" below.
Third-party links and embeds
We link to and sometimes embed third-party stuff: LinkedIn, GitHub, YouTube, Loom, Gamma decks, Stripe checkout, and others. We're not responsible for what happens on those sites or in those embeds — read their terms when you go there.
No warranties
The site, the harness, the Skills, the writing, and any code or content we share are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. AI is involved in a lot of the work shown here, and on this site itself. AI gets things wrong. Double-check anything that matters before you ship it or rely on it.
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from your use of the site or anything we share for free. For paid services, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page is the source of truth. If we make a material change that affects existing customers, we'll email you. Continued use of the site after an update means you're cool with the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute that can't be sorted out by a friendly email goes in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
