Fix the workflow your team keeps working around.

I help teams turn messy handoffs, prompt experiments, and AI rollout confusion into usable internal tools, prototype workflows, and agent systems people can actually operate.

Three project shapes

Workflow Prototype Sprint

For one messy process that needs a working v1.

Deliverables: workflow map, scoped v1, prototype, handoff notes.

Typical shape: 1–2 weeks.

Context Audit

For teams with AI licenses but weak adoption.

Deliverables: workflow interviews, context map, reusable instructions/Skills, rollout plan.

Typical shape: 2–4 weeks.

Agent & Skills Build

For teams that need a repeatable AI-assisted workflow, not a clever demo.

Deliverables: reusable Skills, routing logic, human review points, eval checklist, operating docs.

Typical shape: 2–4 weeks.

Tell me a little about the problem

Only your name, email, and the problem are required. Team size and help type are optional if you want to share them.

Fields marked with * are required.

Optional, but it helps me gauge the scope.

Optional, but it helps me route the inquiry faster.

Give me enough context to understand what is stuck and what needs to work next.

Not a fit

Not a fit if you need enterprise SSO, procurement-heavy platform rollout, or a 6-month transformation deck. I'm best when the goal is a narrow workflow, a prototype, or an operating layer that needs to work quickly.

FAQ

How fast can we start?

Most projects kick off within a week of the first call. If something is urgent, I can sometimes start within a few days. I'll confirm timing on our first conversation.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Scope drives the timeline. Smaller projects like workflow builds or tool setup are usually one to two weeks. Prototypes and workflow builds usually run two to four weeks. Every project starts with a scoping call so we can define deliverables and timing clearly.

Do you do ongoing retainers?

Not usually. I focus on project-based work with clear deliverables. If you need follow-on support after a build, we can talk through what makes sense.

What's your tech stack?

I work across the current AI tool stack: Claude, GPT-5, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Vercel AI SDK, Cursor, Amp, Codex, Manus, Python, React, Next.js, Vite, Supabase, and Vercel. I pick tools based on the problem, not brand loyalty.
